QuickPic does not sell photographs, but we have a strict photographic copyright code of conduct to which our users must adhere. We have a number of photographers supplying images and would therefore request that their creative work is treated with respect. The use of images other than for editorial purposes (as a registered media member) without the approval of QuickPic and the photographer is illegal.

The conditions of download for images are as follows:

1. Downloading images constitutes acceptance of the conditions of download or emailing of pictures.
2. The publication may use the photograph an unlimited number of times. Should the photograph be lost, it may be downloaded again, as these images are free to registered media members.
3. A downloaded photograph may be used for editorial purposes only and for no other use whatsoever without the written permission of QuickPic
4. Every QuickPic photograph must be by-lined with the by-line “QuickPic”.
5. The manufacturer is notified of the download for their records.
6. The downloaded images may only be used by the registered publication.
